|8 – 9||3.||Authorization of Monthly Status Report and Acceptance of Recommendations for Approval and Denial of Indigent Applications and Claims for Indigent Hospital Claims Fund (#25145) and Health Services Fund (#25140) – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.|
|10 – 12||4.||Request Approval to Award Request for Proposal (RFP) #08-0024 to U.S. Extradition Service and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager on Related Contract Documents, Amendments and Renewals – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.|
|13 – 17||5.||Approve Purchase of a Pierce Commercial Contender Fire Apparatus Utilizing Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Purchasing Co-op Agreement for District 13 – South Valley Volunteer Fire District – Paul Chavez, Fire arshal, will discuss.|
|18 - 23||6.||Award of Competitive Sealed Bid #08-0019 to Studio D Architects for Architectural and Engineering Service for the Transitional Living Program Complex in Doña Ana County, and Request Signature Authority for the County Manager for Related Contracts, Addenda and Change Orders—Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.|

| COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 7911, representing Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department and collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ (AFSCME) bargaining unit representing blue collar workers as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5).
COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
|24 - 27||7.||Approve a Resolution Adopting Salary Increases for the Undersheriff, Captains and Lieutenants; and also Adopting a Step System for Lieutenants and Captains in the Doña Ana Sheriff’s Department – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.|
|28 - 30||8.||Approve a Resolution Adopting a Collective Bargaining Agreement between Doña Ana County and Communications Workers of America, Local 7911 – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.|
|9.||Rita Torres, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.|
