| COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the Communication Workers of America (CWA), Local 7911, representing Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department and collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees’ (AFSCME) bargaining unit representing blue collar workers as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5).
