COUNTY COMMISSION SCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING ON JANUARY 29TH

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners will convene a Special Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces:

1. Pledge of Allegiance.

2. Invocation

3. Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.

4. Approve a Resolution and a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County on Management of the Animal Shelter—John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.

5. Public Input

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
