9.1-9.11 9. Approve Purchase of a Mobile Pump Testing and Training Unit and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
10.1-10.2 10. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 11-0008 for a 2011 Truck with Dump Bed and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.

Approve Intercept Agreement between Doña Ana County, Sierra County, Regional Spaceport District, New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) and the State of New Mexico to Allow NMFA to Intercept 75% of Spaceport Gross Receipts Tax to Ensure Repayment of Series 2010 Issued by the Regional Spaceport District – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.

COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss a personnel matter and threatened or pending litigation as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (2) and (7) respectively.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
