COUNTY COMMISSION SCHEDULES SPECIAL MEETING ON DECEMBER 17, 2010

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DOŅA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Doņa Ana County Board of Commissioners will convene a Special Meeting to be held on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Doņa Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doņa Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces:

1. Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Roll call of Commission members present and determination of quorum.
COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION
CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
3. Accept the Laws of 2009 Special Session Legislative Appropriation Grant Agreement from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, a Budget Resolution and Budget Revision in the Amount of $137,531.05 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
4. Approval of Second Amendment to Capital Cooperative Agreement and Granting Signatory Authority to County Manager to Sign all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
5. Approve Colonias Project Grant Agreements for 10-1283 #7, 10-1283 #8 and 10-1238 #9, Resolution 10-xx, Budget Revision and Budget Resolution for Infrastructure Improvements to East Mesa Drainage, Moongate Channel, Chaparral Wastewater Project and Purchase of San Miguel Elementary and Delegate Signatory Authority to the County Manager for all Grant Documents – Sue Padilla, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

6. Approve Real Property Purchase and Sale Agreement by and Between Dona Ana County, as Purchaser, and the Gadsden Independent School District, as Seller, of a 10.213 Acre Tract of Land Situated in the Town of San Miguel (The San Miguel Elementary School Property) – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.
