NOTIFICATION THAT MEMBERS OF THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WILL ATTEND CLOSED SESSION MEETINGS

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners will attend closed session meetings on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. and Friday, May 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Administrative Board Room, Second Floor, Memorial Medical Center, 2450 S. Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that its elected members of the Board will convene in closed session, to discuss limited personnel matters, namely the annual performance evaluation of the County Manager as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (2).
