COMMISSION
WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION pursuant
to Section 10-15-1 (H), Section (7) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss
threatened or pending litigation to which Doña Ana County may become a party
concerning 1) enforcement of the fee assessment provisions of the County’s
Solid Waste Ordinance (No. 184-99); and 2) the Intergovernmental Services
Agreement between the Jemez Pueblo and the County.

COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN
OPEN SESSION to take action, if any,
on closed session items.
