  16. A Resolution Authorizing the County of Doña Ana to Pay its Membership with South Central Regional Transit District for Fiscal Years 2012/2013 And 2013/2014 the Membership Assessment of $93,664.00 – Commissioner Wayne Hancock, District 4, will discuss.

  17. Approval of a Restaurant Liquor License (Beer and Wine) – Lynn J. Ellins, County Clerk, will discuss.
  18. Approve Ordinance to Amend the Code of the County of Doña Ana by Deleting and Repealing Chapter 134 thereof, Animals, and Replacing it with a New Chapter 134, to be Entitled Animals, which Chapter shall be known as the Doña Ana County Animal Controls Ordinance – Marylou Ward, Animal Control and Codes Enforcement Supervisor, will discuss.
  19. Resolution Opposing the Reclassification of the Revenue Generated from the Spaceport Gross Receipts Tax as Revenue from Local Sources – Commissioner Wayne Hancock, District 4, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  20. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving a subdivision and other matters, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
