4. Approve Acceptance of Funding Offer for Koogle Road Construction Project Phase I from NMDOT 2013/2014 Local Government Road Fund (LGRF) – School Bus Program (SB), and Approve Budget Resolution and Revision Including Grant of Signatory Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
5. Approve Acceptance of Funding Offer for Koogle Road Construction Project Phase II from NMDOT 2013/2014 Local Government Road Fund (LGRF) – Cooperative Agreement Program (SP), and Approve Budget Resolution and Revision Including Grant of Signatory Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
6. Approve Acceptance of Funding Offer from the NMDOT 2013/2014 Local Government Road Fund (LGRF) – County Arterial Project (CAP) for Oasis Road Construction Project Phase II and Approve Budget Resolution and Budget Revision Including Grant of Signatory Authority to the County Manager for all Related Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
7. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Doña Ana County and Otero County to Continue Collaborating to Provide Emergency Medical Services to Residents in Chaparral, NM and Delegate Signature Authority to the Board Chair – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
8. Approve Out-of-State Travel for Four (4) Health and Human Services Staff Members to Visit the Instituto del Progreso Latino in Chicago, Illinois – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

Adopt a Resolution Declaring the Intent of the Board Of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County, New Mexico, to Consider for Adoption an Ordinance Authorizing Issuance and Sale of the $343,000 Doña Ana County, New Mexico Wastewater System Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 – Kurt Moffatt, Utilities Manager, will discuss.

14. Approval of Reissuance of a Winegrowers Liquor License with On-Premises and Package sales – Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
15. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.


COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
to discuss personnel matters involving the County Manager, the County Attorney, and the Human Resources Director; and threatened or pending litigation involving employment discrimination and Granados vs. DAC, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (2) and (7), respectively.
