Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2012-EP-00039-S01 Doña Ana County Emergency Management Performance Grant through the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
  5. Approve Expenditure of Up to $56,677.57 for Remodel and Construction of the Road Department Conference Room and Restroom and Delegate Signature Authority to Interim County Manager for all Related Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.
  6. Accept and Approve Budget Revision and Resolution for New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2012-SS-00097-S01-Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Amend and Renew – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
  7. Approve Memorandum of Agreement between DASO and the Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo Board and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Amend and Renew – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
  8. Approve Resolution Supporting the 2014 Legislative Priorities of the New Mexico Association of Counties – David Gutierrez, County Treasurer, will discuss.

Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Publication of a Notice of Sale of $6,800,000 County of Doña Ana, New Mexico General Obligation, Series 2013, and Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners, County Officers and County Employees to take Further Action Necessary in Connection with the Sale of the Bonds – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
