The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners will convene a Special Meeting to be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 immediately following a Special Meeting set to begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces:

Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.
1. Approval of Doña Ana County’s FY13 Fourth Quarter Financial Report Ending June 30, 2013 – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
2. Approval of a Right of Use Agreement between Doña Ana County and Amigo Air Sho for the Use of the Doña Ana County Airport at Santa Teresa in October 2013 as the Site of an Educational Amigo Air Sho Event for School Children in Doña Ana County and El Paso, Texas – Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

3. Approve of a Right of Use Agreement between Doña Ana County and Amigo Air Sho for the Use of the Doña Ana County Airport at Santa Teresa as the Site of the Annual Amigo Air Sho Event Commencing with the Year 2014 –Chuck McMahon, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
