(1) Refurbishing and re-shouldering Runway 10-28 and taxiways (FY 2013) (FAA grant for $915,000)

(b) 5,300 feet of taxiway marked and available for use as runway at all times during construction

(2) Installing beacon tower (FY 2013)

(3) Upgrading Super Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) to AWOS III and certification of weather (current County Capital Improvements Budget ($180,000))

(a) Survey Results: Limitations on airport use due to unavailability of AWOS III

(5) Constructing crosswind runway (Land swap with State Land Commission and BLM land acquisition (FY 2013)), assessment (FY 2014), design (FY 2015), and construction (FY 2016))
