CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
  4. Approve Utilization of Bohannan Huston, Inc.GSA Contract #GS-00F-001Y to Acquire 2014 LiDar and Aerial Data and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Paul Dugie, Flood Commission, will discuss.
  5. Accept Grant Award from the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission Awarded to NMSU Fire District 3 and Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.

  6. Adopt Resolution to Amend the Code of the County of Doña Ana, by Deleting and Repealing Section 179-21 Entitled Fee Amounts, Under Chapter 26 Article VIII Thereof, and Replacing it with a New Section 179-21 to be Entitled Fee Amounts, Which Section Provides for the Adoption of Fees to be Charged in Accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Doña Ana County Animal Controls Ordinance, No. 266-2013 – Lt. Marylou Ward, Animal Controls Supervisor, will discuss.
  6A. Approve Submittal of 2014/2015 Local Government Road Fund Project Proposals to the New Mexico Department of Transportation – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
  11. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving a tax matter, the Griggs and Walnut Ground Water Superfund Site, departmental funding, and an appeal, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION.
