Brian Haines received his CPA certification in 1988. He is the former county Finance Director. He has 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in government audits, including 10 years with the Las Cruces firm of Kriegel and Co., Ltd. During his tenure at Kriegel, Haines was the audit partner in charge of Doña Ana Countys annual audit. He has been County Manager since July 8, 2003. |

A Doņa Ana County employee since 2002, M. Sue Padilla was named Assistant County Manager for Doņa Ana County on Sept. 1, 2006. She oversees day-to-day operations and supervises all department heads. She is the former village administrator for Bosque Farms, N.M., and she holds a bachelors degree in agriculture extension and education from New Mexico State University. She also is the director of the Doņa Ana County Utilities Department. |
