3. Acknowledgement or Receipt and Public Filing of the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of May 2013 – David Gutierrez, County Treasurer, will discuss.
4. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 13-0060 for Materials Testing Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
5. Accept and Approve Budget Revision and Resolution for New Mexico Department of Transportation, Traffic Safety Division Sub-Grant Agreement for Education and Enforcement 13-EE-05-031 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
