NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners will convene a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the Doña Ana County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 North Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces:

1. Pledge of Allegiance

2. Roll Call of Commission Members Present and Determination of Quorum.

COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION.

3. A Resolution Authorizing Pick Up of Up to 75% of the 1.5% Increased Member Contributions Effective July 1, 2013 – Deb Weir, Human and Resources Director, will discuss.

4. Approve Revised Future County Manager Job Description for Job Posting and Delegate Signature Authority to the Board Chair – Cindy Capanna, Human Resources Administrator, will discuss.

5. Resolution Clarifying the Role of the Crisis Triage Center – Commissioner Wayne D. Hancock, District 4, will discuss.

6. Public Input

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation involving water and wastewater services; and involving two subdivisions, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
