The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case ETZS-12-019W: A waiver request for a minor subdivision proposal known as La Tierra de Garcia Subdivision. The ETZ Subdivision Regulations, Article IV, Design Standards, require the dedication of additional right-of-way and half of the improvements to Alvillar Road meeting City of Las Cruces Design Standards, and full improvements to Barela Drive meeting Doña Ana County Design Standards. The applicant is requesting a waiver from dedicating 10 feet of additional right-of way for Alvillar Road and from all improvements required for both Alvillar Road and Barela Drive. The subject subdivision is located on the south side of Alvillar Road, east of Doña Ana Road. Submitted by Molzen Corbin on behalf of Christina Chavez Kelly, Frieda M. Chavez, Isaac V. Chavez, and Vivian M. Frietze; property owners.
