5. Approve Travel to Houston, Texas from September 29 – October 3, 2013 to Attend the 2013 AJA Managing the Rising Mental Health Population Seminar – Chris Barela, Detention Director, will discuss.
6. Approve Resolution Renewing Certain Contracts for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign Related Documents – Connie Welles, Contract Administrator, will discuss.
7. Approve Grant Application and Grant Agreement for Runway Rehabilitation and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for All Related Documents – Vernon Wilson, Airport Manager, will discuss.
8. Accept Warranty Deed from Hereford Gardens Land and Cattle Company, Inc. Granting Land Located in Chaparral for the Purpose of Construction of a Single Wastewater Lift Station – Kurt Moffat, Utilities Manager, will discuss.
9. Approve 2013 Annual Certified County Maintained Road Mileage Report and Authorize the County Commission Chair to Sign the Certification Letter – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
