5. Approve the Purchase of IT Electrical, Cooling System and Related Services for the Detention Center under the State of New Mexico Contract with INX, LLC – Anna Hines, Information Technology Director, will discuss.
6. Approve Agreement from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Contract #MRC-13-0553 to Build the Capacity of the Local Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Unit in Doña Ana County, Approve Related Budget Revision and Resolution and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
7. Approve Award of Request for Proposal #13-0024 for Consulting Services to Prepare a Border Economic Development Plan as part of the HUD Regional Planning Grant and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Daniel Hortert, Community Development Director, will discuss.

11. Approve Ordinance Adopting the ADC Telecommunications, Inc. ("ADC"), Local Economic Development Act ("LEDA") Project Proposal, the Project Participation Agreement ("PPA") Governing the Terms and Conditions of the Said Project and the Intergovernmental Agreement with the New Mexico Economic Development Department and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager to Sign the Agreements and Any Necessary Follow-up Documents – Chuck McMahon, County Manager Department, will discuss.

12. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss collective bargaining negotiations between the County and the American Federation of State, County and Municipla Employees bargaining unit; threatened or pending litigation; and limited personnel matters, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5),(7) and (2), respectively.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
