8. Approve the Purchase of Duty Ammunition by the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office from GT Distributors, Inc. Utilizing State of New Mexico SPD #20-000-00-00027, Amendment #2 – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
9. Ratify Out-of-State Travel for Community Outreach Specialist to Attend the Health Connect One’s National Action Summit in Washington, D.C. – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.

14. Approve an Ordinance Amending the Code of the County of Doña Ana, Chapter 200 Thereof, Entitled Fireworks, to Add Provisions Relating to Specialty Retailer Sales and Possession of Aerial and Ground Audible Fireworks – Karen Perez, Chair, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
15. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.
COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss threatened or pending litigation related to the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office (DASO) and limited personnel matters arising in DASO and Fire Marshal’s Office, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7) and (2) respectively.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
