CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
3. Acknowledgment of Receipt and Public Filling of the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of June 2012 – David Gutierrez, County Treasurer, will discuss.
4. Approve Out-of-State Travel for the Chief Information Officer to Attend 2012 GMIS Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois – Anna Hines, Information Technology Director, will discuss.
5. Accept and Approve Attached Performance Period Extensions for New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreements 2009-SJ-T9-0001-Doña Ana Supp & 2009-SG-T9-0001-Doña Ana and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
6. Approve Doña Ana County’s FY12 Fourth Quarter Financial Report Ending June 30, 2012 – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
7. Accept and Approve the Attached Budget Resolution and Revision for the Increase in Funding for New Mexico Traffic Safety Project Agreement 100 Days & Nights of Summer 12-PT-DS-031 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
8. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Findings and Proposed Auction of Obsolete Vehicles – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.

9. Approve Award of Request for Proposal 12-0065 for Strategic Planning Consulting Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Jamie Michael, Health and Human Services Department Manager, will discuss.
10. Adopt a Resolution Declaring the Intent of the Board of County Commissioners to Consider Adoption of an Ordinance Authorizing Issuance and Sale of Up to $5,500,000 Gross Receipts Tax Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 12 – Bill Noland, Finance Director, will discuss.
11. Approve a Request to the Flood Commissioner to Contribute Funds for Two Projects in Doña Ana County and the Village of Hatch and Authorize the Chair to Sign a Letter Requesting the Funds – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
12. Resolution Approving Agreement for Donation and Transfer of Interest in Anthony Library Site, Building, Equipment, and Contents, and Delegating Signature Authority – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.
13. Approve Publication of Notice of Intent to Adopt and Enact an Amendment to Doña Ana County Ordinance No. 250-2011 for the Purpose of Approving an Amendment to the Project Participation Agreement which was Authorized and Approved in Ordinance No. 250-2011 – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.

14. Approve Ordinance Adopting Various International, National and New Mexico Building-Related Codes, and Local Amendments, and Adopting County Construction Standards, and General Permitting Requirements – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
15. Approve Ordinance Adopting the 2009 International Fire Code with Local Amendments, and Certain Related Appendices and Repealing Chapter 195 of the Doña Ana County Code and Replace it with a New Chapter 195 – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
16. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

COMMISSION ADJOURNS AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE COUNTY BOARD OF FINANCE IN OPEN SESSION. to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (7).

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
