NOTICE OF WORK SESSION

The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission public hearing to be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico, has been cancelled. The regular meeting will be replaced by a Work Session to be held at the same date, time and location.

1. Discussion of the One Valley, One Vision 2040 Regional Plan: Continued discussion of the One Valley, One Vision 2040 Regional Plan. The plan is a long-range, regional comprehensive plan that evaluates the needs of the region for the next 30 years and ways to meet those needs. The main components of the plan includes a regional vision statement, snapshot of existing conditions, goals and strategies, regional growth strategies, and suggested actions.
