COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss bargaining strategy in collective bargaining negotiations with the Communication Workers of America (Local 7911) and with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (Local 1529 Detention Center), threatened or pending litigation involving a subdivision, and Rosales, et al. v, Hernandez, et al., CV-09-3189, and the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property by the public body, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (5), (7), and (8), respectively.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
