Building Services Division

The online inspection request link is for contractors and homeowners who wish to request an inspection online as an alternative to visiting the Building Services Office. An email will be sent to the Building Services Division with all the inspection information. Please include your email address so that a confirmation may be sent to you for your inspection.

• New Single-Family Residence Permit fee: $.20 per sq.ft Total square footage (include garage and porches).
• Payment of 25% is required at time of application and is non-refundable. Our office will take your payment in the form of checks only.
• Additions/Remodels Permit fee: Based on the valuation of the project. (Please call the office for pricing.)
