APPLICANTS SOUGHT FOR EXTRA-TERRITORIAL ZONING COMMISSION SEATS

Applications for four open positions on the Extra Territorial Zoning Commission are being sought by the Doña Ana County Planning and Development Department.
The term of appointment will be two years. The Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners will make the appointments at their Oct. 23 regular meeting.

STATE-MANDATED PROPERTY-TAX RATES RATIFIED

New state-mandated property-tax rates sent down from Santa Fe were ratified Tuesday by the Doña Ana County Board of Commissioners, which is required by state law to impose the new rates within five days of receipt by Doña Ana County.

MASTER-PLANNING COMMUNITY MEETING SET IN RINCON
