Most Dona Ana County offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Dec. 25-26, 2008, to allow employees to observe the Christmas holiday. In addition, most Dona Ana County offices will be closed Thursday and Friday, Jan 1-2, 2009, to allow employees to observe the New Year’s Day holiday.

Emergency services and law enforcement in the field will not be affected, but the administrative offices of the Doña Ana County Sheriff¹s Department be closed.

The closures will also affect the county’s solid-waste convenience stations in Anthony, La Mesa, Hill, Butterfield, Mesquite, La Union, Hatch and Garfield.
