Emergency road construction in the Vado/Del Cerro area will close N.M. 189 starting Tuesday, a spokesperson from Burn Construction Co. Inc. said.

From N.M. 478 to the Rio Grande Bridge, N.M. 189 will be closed until Friday. Burn Construction is coordinating with school bus company Boone Transportation any necessary alternative routes and procedures.
