The Doña Ana County Assessor’s Office has announced a new e-filing option for Realtors, title companies and individuals selling real estate.

State-mandated property-tax-levy certificates are now available online through the Doña Ana County Assessor’s Office website.

The entry field for the form is simple to use and creates a printable certificate that can be given to potential purchasers advising them of their tax obligations in event of a purchase.

The form can be accessed at www.donaanacounty.org/search/tax_research.
