The Third Annual Tri-State Circuit Bicycle Race will be held Sunday, Oct. 31, 1999, along several of the major roads in the Santa Teresa area.

In conjunction with the New Mexico State Highway Department and Doña Ana County, organizers of the race have arranged for large portions of Airport Road, McNutt Road and the International Beltway (Artcraft Road) to be closed to motor vehicle traffic during the race.

The race course will begin and end on Airport Road adjacent to Santa Teresa High School and will proceed west to International Beltway/Artcraft, then turn northeast and make a loop back to McNutt Road before turning south on McNutt Road and ending again on Airport Road at Santa Teresa High School.

Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes in the Santa Teresa area on the day of the race.
