The Doña Ana County Road Department will close Elks Drive to through traffic from Taylor Road to Doña Ana School Road between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2004. The closure will allow county crews to repair extensive pavement damage caused by recent flooding and heavy rainfall.
