9. Approve Out-of-State Travel for IT Infrastructure Manager to Attend the Cisco Live Conference in Orlando, Florida June 23-27, 2013 – Anna Hines, Information Technology Director, will discuss.
10. Approve the Sole Source Purchase of Less-than-Lethal Munitions from Sage Control Ordinance, Inc. – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.

COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss a limited personnel matter, bargaining strategy in collective bargaining negotiations with the Communication Workers of America (Local 7911), threatened litigation involving county rights of way, use of public funds, and the purchase, acquisition or disposal of real property by the public body, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (2), (5), (7) and (8), respectively.
