An Ordinance to Amend the Code of Doña Ana County, Chapter 250, Land Use and Zoning, Section 250-5 "Word Usage; Definitions", Section 250-6 "Applicability and Jurisdiction", Section 250-12 "Community Development Department", Section 250-14 "Site Plan Review and Approval", Section 250-15 "Planning and Zoning Commission", Section 250-16 "Duties of the Board of County Commissioners", Section 250-17 "Application and Hearing Procedures; Fees; Appeals, Section 250-19 "Zone Changes", Section 250-20 "Appeals" Section 250-79 "Access to Public Way and Private Roadway Easements", and Section 250-82, "Accessory Buildings in Residential Land Use Classifications". The P&Z will make a recommendation for adoption to the BOCC. The P&Z postponed consideration of these amendments to this date at the February 14, 2013 meeting.
