3. Presentation by Steve Newby Architects on the Program Development Plan for Site Assessment and Architectural and Engineering (A & E) for the Relocation of the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will introduce.

4. Accept and Approve Attached Budget Resolution and Revision for U.S. Department of Justice Grant, 2011-DJ-BX-3080 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
5. Approve Budget Resolution to Accept Budget Revision for New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreement 2010-SS-T0-0011-OPSG Doña Ana and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
6. Accept and Approve Budget Revisions and Resolution for New Mexico Department of Transportation, Traffic Safety Division Consolidated Sub-Grant Agreement for Operation Driving while Impaired (ODWI) 13-AL-64-031, Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) 13-RF-01-031 and 100 Days & Nights of Summer (100 Days & Nights) 13-PT-DA-031 Doña Ana and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Todd Garrison, Sheriff, will discuss.
7. Approve Agreement between Doña Ana County and El Paso Electric for the Installation of a 3 Phase Underground Electric Services to the Doña Ana County Crisis Triage Center and the Usage of Overhead/Underground Easement, Authorize County Manager to Sign All Related Documents – Armando Cordero, Facilities and Parks Manager, will discuss.
8. Approve Out-of-State Travel for the Health and Human Services Department Director and Crisis Coordinator to Visit the Santa Maria, California Crisis/Stabilization Center – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
9. Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2012-SS-00097-S01 Doña Ana from the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management FY2012 and Approve Related Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Future Sub-Grant Agreement Amendments – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
10. Accept Sub-Grant Agreement EMW-2012-SS-00097-S01 Doña Ana Comp from the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management FY2012 and Approve Related Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Future Sub-Grant Agreement Amendments – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
11. Approve the Utilization of the Federal Supply Contract (GSA) to Purchase a 48 x 24 Modular Building and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Kurt Moffat, Utilities Manager, will discuss.

12. Appoint Theresa Olguin Fisher to the Board of the Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority to Serve the Remainder of a Three-Year Term – Chuck McMahon, Interim Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
