2. Approve Amended Joint Powers Agreement Adding the City of Anthony to the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
3. Approve Budget Revision and Resolution for Funding from Otero County to Complete the Chaparral Master Plan – Chuck McMahon, Interim Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
4. Accept and Approve Budget Revision for New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management Sub-Grant Agreement 2010-SS-T0-0011-OPSG Doña Ana and Delegate Signature to the County Manager – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
5. Approve the Utilization of State Purchasing Contract #20-000-00-00058 for Electronic Fuel Card Services and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Gabriel Silva, Fleet Manager, will discuss.

6. Appoint Three Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission Members to Serve Two-Year Terms – Chuck McMahon, Interim Assistant County Manager, will discuss.

8. Approve Letter of Interest for Technical Assistance from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Authorize County Manager to Sign Letter of Interest – Daniel Hortert, Community Development Senior Planner, will discuss.
PUBLIC HEARING/ORDINANCE
9. Public Hearing to Approve and Adopt an Ordinance Amending In Part County Ordinance No. 250-2011 and the Local Economic Development Act Project Agreement based thereon and Granting Authority to the County Manager to Execute the Amended Project Participation Agreement – Chuck McMahon, Interim Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
CORRESPONDENCE
10. Lynn Ellins, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.


COMMISSION MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
to discuss limited personnel matters regarding the County Manager, and pending or threatened litigation involving Ricky T. Madrid and Ralph Rios v. Board of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County, New Mexico and Todd Garrison, 2:12-CV-00073-GBW-SMV, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, § 10-15-1 (H) (2) and (7), respectively.”
