COMMISSION WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
to discuss collective bargaining negotiations regarding ASFCME Blue Collar and the Communication Workers of America, and pending or threatened litigation involving Ricky T. Madrid and Ralph Rios v. Board of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County, New Mexico and Todd Garrison, 2:12-CV-00073-GBW-SMV, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, §10-15-1 (H) (5) and (7), respectively.
