6. CASE # SU11-014/Moreno: The applicant, Luis M. Moreno, is requesting a Special Use Permit to permit an existing 616 sq. ft. mobile home as an accessory dwelling, on a 1.89-acre parcel located within the ER3M (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site built and mobile homes) Zoning District. The property has an existing 1108 sq. ft. site-built house that would be the primary living quarters on the parcel. It is addressed as 8945 Angie Lane, Mesilla Park, NM 88046 and borders the Brazito Village District zoning south of the City of Las Cruces.
