7. Minor Subdivisions and Large Land Area Subdivisions Report Update from the City of Las Cruces Community Development Department Staff.

8. ETZ Subdivision Code Overview, Amendment Process Update and Amendment Prioritization from the City of Las Cruces Community Development Department Staff.

9. Proposed Amendment No. 2011-001 to the to the Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Ordinance, (No. 88-02, as amended). The ETA will consider the Authorization to Publish the Title and General Summary in order to amend the ETZ Ordinance as follows: Article I, “Purpose, Authority, and Scope of the Code”, Section 1.6: “Definitions”, Article III, “Zoning Districts and Special Use Permits”, Section 3.1: “General Districts: Purposes and Uses”; and Section 3.4: “Home Occupation Permits”, Article VII, “Accessory Buildings”, Section 7.1.A, “Height and Setback Requirements for All Residential Districts”. The ETZ recommended approval on September 22, 2011, by a 7-0-0 vote.

10. CASE # V11-009/Martinez: The applicant is requesting a Variance to the minimum lot size within the ER3M (Residential, 1.0-acre minimum new lot size, single family site-built and mobile homes) Zoning District to subdivide a 1.63-acre parcel into two lots. The property is located west of the City of Las Cruces and north of the Village of Mesilla and is addressed as 2500 Glass Rd., Las Cruces, NM 88005. It is described as a tract of land situated in Section 23, Township 23 South, Range 1 East, N.M.P.N. of the U.S.R.S. Surveys, Doña Ana County, New Mexico, being part of Serial No. 10-26B1, as recorded in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on June 26, 1986 in Deed Book 206, Pages 978-983. The parcel can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-136-206-483.
