4. Accept and Approve Attached Budget Resolution and Revision for New Mexico Traffic Safety Bureau Grant 12-EE-05-031 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
5. Accept and Approve Attached Budget Resolution and Revision for New Mexico Department of Homeland Security Grant 2012-Doña Ana County Safe Border FY2012 and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
6. Approve the Purchase of Twenty-seven 2011 Police Interceptors from Philpott Motors Utilizing HGCABUY Contract VE03-06 – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
7. Approve Piggyback Off NMSU Contract to use Las Cruces Structural Job Order Contract 10-DAC-0033.00 for Detention Outside Recreation Modules and Delegate Signature Authority to County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Chris Barela, Detention Director, will discuss.
8. Accept Reimbursement from a Federal Grant Funding Overtime from the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Initiative Program for Lieutenant Howie to Assist OCDETF in Investigations, Strategic Initiatives and Prosecutions –Chris Barela, Detention Center Director, will discuss.
9. Approve Out-of-State Travel for the Health and Human Services Data and Technology Coordinator to Attend the ESRI Southwest User Conference in Mesa, Arizona – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
