The subject property is zoned ER7 (Residential, 5,000 square feet minimum lot size, single-family and multi-family dwellings) and consists of 22.88 ± acres of land. The sketch plan proposes to develop 112 single-family residential lots. The subject property is located east of Holman Road and south of Stanley Road at the intersection of Holman and Stanley Road; Parcel ID# 03-14399, 03-14005; proposed use: single family residential.

2.
