5. Case # PUD (2) 11-004: Submitted by Erik Lee Johnson, a request for a Type 2 Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone for a Motocross facility. The applicant is seeking approval of the PUD Overlay Zone. The facility will be known as the Mesilla Valley Motocross. The twenty-one (21) acre site is located east of Fort Selden, NM. The two parcels are identified as being Lots 8 and 9 of the Fort Selden Haciendas Subdivision in Township 21 South, Range 1 West, Section 12; recorded on August 21, 2008 under Instrument # 0823807 in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk. The parcels can be further identified by Map Code Nos. 3-001-122-305-248 and 3-011-122-295-308.

6. Case # CV11-015: Submitted by Verde Santa Teresa, LLC, Whitney Smelser of Bohannan-Huston Engineering, Agent; a request for a Variance to road access standards for a 2 mile long, fifteen foot (15’) wide El Paso Electric Company road easement from Domenici Blvd to the site of the proposed El Paso Electric Company electrical substation, in the Performance District (PD). Fifty feet (50’) of paved ROW is required; the applicant is proposing fifteen feet (15’) of unpaved private roadway, to pursue a summary subdivision. The proposed 4.65-acre parcel is part of a larger 598.1-acre tract near Santa Teresa, NM. It is described as being a parcel situated in the south one-half of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 3 East, as recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office on December 31, 2003 in Book 487, Pages 1834-1901. The property can be further identified by Map Code # 4-013-169-264-264
