9. CASE # Z11-003: / JENNIE LIMÓN: The applicants, Jennie Limón, Patricia & Frank Arreola, Agents, are requesting a Zone Change from ER 3 (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single family site-built homes) to ER 6 (Residential, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size, single family site-built homes) to facilitate the division of property for an estate settlement. The subject property will be subdivided later to allow the heirs to receive their property. The 0.55-acre parcel is located south of the City of Las Cruces and is addressed as 4777 South Hwy. 28, Las Cruces, NM 88005. The property is described as being a part of USRS Tract 13-22C, NMPM of the USRS Surveys located within Section 5, Township 24 South, Range 2 East, as recorded in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s Office on March 21, 2006, in Book 695, Page 170-171, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-008-139-067-485. The ETZ Commission recommended approval, by a vote of 5-1-0, at the regularly scheduled meeting on August 18, 2011.
