CASE # V11-006/BLYSTONE: The applicant, Don Blystone, is requesting a Variance for a nine foot (9’) rear yard setback, where twenty-five feet is required, within an ER 2M (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) Zoning District to construct a 550 sq. ft. accessory building (a shop). The 0.70-acre parcel is located north of the City of Las Cruces and is addressed as 7580 Shoestring Ranch Rd., Las Cruces, NM 88012. It is described as part of the NW ¼ of Section 31, Township 21 South, Range 3 East, N.M.P.M. of the U.S.G.L.O Surveys as recorded in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on February 11, 1988 in Book 320, Pages 806-807, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-013-126-202-115. The 0.33-acre parcel is located north of the City of Las Cruces, east of North Valley Dr., within Section 35, Township 22 South, and Range 1 East, and is addressed as 1240 Villita Loop, Las Cruces, NM 88007. The property is described as Lot 6 of Block 1 of the Country Walk Estates, Phase 1, recorded in the office of the Doña Ana County Clerk on January 24, 1989, in Book 16, Page 20-21, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-005-132-038-127.
