The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case PA-11-01: A request recommending approval of the One Valley, One Vision 2040 Regional Plan. The plan is a long-range, regional comprehensive plan that evaluates the needs of the region for the next 30 years and ways to meet those needs. The main components of the plan includes a regional vision statement, snapshot of existing conditions, goals and strategies, regional growth strategies, and suggested actions. This plan if approved will be the basis from which future comprehensive planning efforts will be drawn. The plan is available online at http://vision2040.las-cruces.org. Submitted by the City of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County.
