5. Approve a Sole Source Contract with Community Action Agency in the Amount of $100,000 for the iReach anagement Information System – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
6. Approve a Sole Source Contract with Forensic Intervention Consortium of Doña Ana County (FIC DAC) for $82,000 for the Administration of Jail Diversion Services to Mentally Ill Adults in Doña Ana County – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
7. Approve Memorandum of Agreement by and between Doña Ana County and Otero County to Continue Collaborating to Provide Emergency Medical Services to Residents of Chaparral, NM – Robert Monsivaiz, Fire Marshal, will discuss.
8. Approve Year-End Budget Resolution and Budget Revision for the FY 10-11 Budget – Bill Noland, Financial
Services Director, will discuss.
9. Approve Resolution to Adopt the Standing Committee’s Recommended Finding and Proposed Disposition of Property Attached Hereto – Don Bullard, Purchasing Manager, will discuss.
