Approve Grant of Right-of-Way Easement and Utility Easement to the City of Las Cruces for Ingress and Egress to City Well Site #18, and for Construction of the Water Utility Infrastructure and Related Improvements Necessary for Remediation of the Griggs and Walnut Superfund Site, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager – Ed Fridenstine, Risk Manager, will discuss.
9. Approve Form HUD-52574 PHA Board Resolution Approving Operating Budget for Doña Ana County Housing Authority (DACHA) for FY 2012 and Delegate Signature Authority to the Chair – Thomas G. Hassell, DACHA Executive Director, will discuss.
10. Approve Lease Assignment for Airport Space at the Doña Ana County Airport at Santa Teresa, New Mexico, between Assignor Hunt Building Company, LTD.
