5. One Valley, One Vision 2040 Regional Plan - Discussion and input on the One Valley, One Vision 2040 Regional Plan. The plan is a long-range, regional comprehensive plan that evaluates the needs of the region for the next 30 years and ways to meet those needs. The main components of the plan includes a regional vision statement, snapshot of existing conditions, goals and strategies, regional growth strategies, and suggested actions.
