5. CASE # CV11-006: Submitted by Zia Engineering, a request for a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District. The applicant is proposing to scarify the existing fifty foot (50’) gravel right of way to a depth of six inches (6”) and re-compact to as close to original grades as possible from the intersection of Byrum Road and Paloma Blanca Road to the intersection of Greenwood Road and Lisa Road (approximately 4,800 feet). The applicant seeks to do this one time only, in order to pursue a Medium Intensity Non-Residential Application for a new church building with paved parking, landscaping and storage. The requirement is for fifty feet (50’) of right-of-way with thirty feet (30’) of improved roadway. The 6.63-acre property is located on 476 Greenwood Road, in Chaparral, NM, and is described as being within Township 26 South, Range 5 East, Section 22; recorded on April 9, 1987 as Instrument # 8707427 in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. The parcel can be further identified by Map Code # 4-028-154-214-332.

6. PDR(H)11-007: Submitted by Lourdes Tovar, a High Intensity Residential request to allow four (4) mobile homes within the Performance District. The 2.00-acre parcel is addressed as 479 Hwy 192, in Mesquite, and is described as being within Section 2, Township 25 South, Range 2 East; recorded on February 7, 2001 as Instrument # 013059 in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office.
