4. Acknowledgement of Receipt and Public Filing of the Treasurer’s Report for the Month of March 2011 – David Gutierrez, County Treasurer, will discuss.
5. Approve the Purchase of Digital Microwave Radios and Equipment from Tempest Telecom Solutions, LLC Utilizing State of New Mexico Pricing Agreement #70-000-00-04046AB, Amendment #4 – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.
6. Accept Grant Agreement for Project Plan BLM Wildland Urban Interface Community Assistance Funds and Approve Budget Resolution – Fire Marshal Robert Monsivaiz will discuss.
7. Accept Modular Building Located at 8000 Airport Road, Santa Teresa – Sheriff Todd Garrison will discuss.

Approve Agreement between Doña Ana County (“County”) and the City of Sunland Park (“City”) for the County to Receive and Administer, on behalf of the City, the New Mexico Local Economic State Appropriation Funds Earmarked for Water, Wastewater and Fire Suppression Improvements in the Santa Teresa-Border Region – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
9. Approve Budget Resolution for Doña Ana County’s FY 11-12 Preliminary Budget – Bill Noland, Financial Services Director, will discuss.
9A. Review Investigative Report and Determine Action Related to Allegations of Violations of the Code of Conduct and H/R Policies by District Five County Commissioner Leticia Duarte-Benavidez – John Caldwell, County Attorney, will discuss.
