CONSENT AGENDA - The Board will be asked to approve by one motion the following items of recurring or routine business:
5. Approve Resolution Adopting a Citizen Participation Plan, a Section 3 Plan and an Anti-Displacement and Relocation Plan for the Community Development Block Grant, and assign Signature Authority to County Manager on Related Documents – Sue Padilla, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
6. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 11-0019 to SmithCo Construction Inc. for Removal and Replacement of UV Disinfection System at the South Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, Request Signature Authority for County Manager on Related Contract, Change Orders and Renewals – Sue Padilla, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
7. Approve Award of Competitive Sealed Bid 11-0022 for the Lease of 6 New Motor Graders and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager for Related Contract Documents – Dickie Apodaca, Road Superintendent, will discuss.

9. Approve Payment to Support Mountain View Regional Medical Center’s Request for Sole Community Provider Super Supplemental Funding – Silvia Sierra, Health and Human Services Director, will discuss.
10. Approve Letter to Water Trust Board for Doña Ana County Arsenic Treatment Facility, 190-WTB for Match Funds – Sue Padilla, Assistant County Manager, will discuss.
