1. Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Roll call of Commission members present and determination of quorum.
COMMISSION CONVENES AS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN OPEN SESSION
3. Consider an Ordinance Approving the Border Industrial Association, Inc. Proposal for an Economic Development Project and a Project Participation Agreement (PPA) between the County and the Border Industrial Association, Inc., and Grant Signature Authority to the County Manager to Approve and Sign the PPA and to Approve and Sign an Agreement with the New Mexico Economic Development Department as necessary to Facilitate Disbursement of the Funds for the Project – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
4. Initiate County Road Vacation/Abandonment Process for a Portion of County Road A014, a Portion of County Road A017, and a Portion of County Road A020 by Appointing a Board of Commissioners of Three Freeholders of the County as Viewers – Robert Armijo, County Engineer, will discuss.
