Approve an Ordinance Approving the Issuance of the Doña Ana County, New Mexico Taxable Industrial Revenue Bond (NRG Solar Roadrunner LLC Project) Series 2011, in a Maximum Principal Amount of $81,610,000 in Connection with a Solar Power Generation Facility to be Located in Doña Ana County and to be Operated by NRG Solar Roadrunner LLC and Approving of the Execution of an Indenture, a Lease, a Bond Purchase Agreement, the Bond and Other Documents in Connection with the Issuance of the Bond and the Project – Chuck McMahon, Community Development Director, will discuss.
